Payment terms
Orders submitted through the AWWA Store Catalog require payment by credit card. VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and American Express® are accepted. To protect your credit card numbers and other personal data, AWWA handles transactions on secure servers, and all sensitive order information is encrypted before transmission.
Member price
AWWA members may purchase many products at special member prices — up to one-third off retail — as stated in product descriptions. To receive member price on your AWWA Store order, you must first log in. Membership status will be confirmed during order processing. This member benefit is not transferable. This member discount cannot be used to purchase books intended for resale or commercial redistribution.
Sales taxes
- Applicable sales taxes will be added for orders shipped to customers in Colorado, California, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Washington.
- Canadian Goods and Services Tax of 5% will be added to orders shipped to Canada. Additional GST may be applied by Province.
- Tax-exempt organizations: Please call Customer Service at 800.926.7337 (303.794.7711 outside the US and Canada) for special processing.
Returns & Refunds
Returns
- Request return authorization from Customer Service within 60 days of your purchase/invoice date.
- Return merchandise with the order number or invoice number the reason of the return.
- Merchandise must be in saleable condition.
Refunds
- Software and videos are not refundable unless returned unopened in original packaging, with seal not broken or removed, and accompanied with documentation.
- AWWA will exchange defective product(s) for a new copy.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Digital downloads are subject to AWWA’s Single User License Agreement and are not refundable.

Bulk Orders
To support your business goals, we offer discounts on bulk purchases to be used for promotional events, training, marketing and education.
Co-Branding.
AWWA will customize our content with your logo and brand messaging. Co-branding promotes your use of and association with industry standards and best practices.
Custom Content.
Are you looking for something unique to you? We can create a custom piece just for you. Either let us know what content you want or give us the topic and we’ll pull together articles, book excerpts, conference proceedings and AWWA video content that is appropriate.

Course Adoption
AWWA provides complimentary evaluation copies as well as discounts to instructors considering our books for course adoption. If you are interested in using specific chapters, we can grant the necessary permission and create a custom course pack for your use.

International Orders
International orders.
AWWA welcomes orders for its products from anywhere in the world. Payment must be made in US currency. Note that customers are responsible for duties, taxes and customs charges assessed by entities other than AWWA.
International Shipping.
AWWA will add shipping charges to all orders from the AWWA Store. Shipping charges are calculated at 30% of the order total. International shipping for CD-CROMs and DVDs is a flat rate of $15.00. Orders are shipped Foreign Expedite: 5-15 business days for delivery.
